Unemployment Figures reach historic high.

November 2013.

Unemployment reached a historic high of 28%.  3.5million people are working to support 4.7million unemployed and inactive people. The number of unemployed people has grown by one million in 5 years.   Unemployment among women is 32.2% , for men  24.9%.  See full report here

Youth unemployment rate: 60.6%                  Unemployment among 25-34 year olds: 37.4%
